The Tiny Home Broker Challenge starts on Monday, August 4th and finishes on Friday, August 8th. 

For those who have selected the VIP ticket, we will be meeting from 11am - 1pm PST each day. 

For those who have chooses a General Admission ticket only, we will be meeting from 12pm - 1pm PST daily. 

Absolutely! All five days will be LIVE. We'll have the lessons recorded and make them accessible to you for a limited time as well in case you have to miss a session. 

Each day the challenge training will go from 11am to 1pm PST. The first session is from 11am - 12pm and is for those who have purchased a VIP ticket. As a VIP ticket holder, this first hour is dedicated exclusively to you. This is a time for Q&A and special trainings. 

The General Admission session will be taking place each day from 12pm-1pm. For these main sessions we will be tackling big topics each day! 

This challenge is for anyone that is passionate about tiny housing and wants to get into business making a difference in this industry. You can be someone that is looking for a side hustle to make extra money or for those that are looking to replace their current career. 

Builders are welcome! We love builders. In fact, this could be an excellent challenge to attend as a builder, providing you with other options for how you get your products built. Incorporating certain levels of outsourcing in your manufacturing process can help to keep you leaner and leverage other people's strengths. 

No, not at all! As a broker you serve a pivotal role in working with reliable product manufacturers and connecting that finished product to an end user. Often times, people who want to be builders don't want to market and sell. If you enjoy marketing and selling products, than you are a strategic partner to the manufacture. The end client typically has a better experience as well since they would be working directly with you and your time and energy is geared toward ensuring they have a quality experience and a quality product. 

To be honest, the possibilities are limitless. This doesn't mean that anyone and everyone can make 6-figures+ in this space. Like any successful business, it requires skills, perseverance and hard work. If you put in the time to nurture the right manufacturing relationships and you learn how to market and sell your products well, what you can make is truly limitless. 

After selling 10M+ in tiny homes to nearly 200 unique clients around the U.S. I've learned what works and what doesn't. I've learned how to manufacture custom products in the U.S. and overseas. I've learned how to grow an audience of 500K+ followers on social media and a vibrant email list. All of this experience has provided me with the ability to short-cut this process for others. 

Simply put, I'm just one individual and the opportunity for selling tiny homes is SO much more than I can do by myself. I see this market as growing rapidly which means even more demand! With that, I would rather work alongside a great group of passionate brokers and partner on projects together where it makes sense than try and do it all alone.
